About Hybrid Training 

Dr. Abdulaziz Al Khayyat is a medical doctor and NASM certified personal trainer, sports nutrition coach and group fitness instructor; balancing a life between saving lives and training people to become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally. He has 12+ years of training experience in different disciplines including strength, hypertrophy, calisthenics, endurance and sports-specific training, as well as specializing in nutrition for weight loss, muscle building and exercise performance for his clients. His most important principle in health and fitness is consistency.

Dr. Hana Jafar is a medical doctor and fitness instructor with 8 years of training experience and 7 years of coaching experience. She is also a mother of 2 and has experience training herself while pregnant as well as over 100 pregnant clients over the course of 4 years. She became a Zumba instructor in 2017 and a certified Strong Nation instructor in 2018. She is also an ACE certified group fitness and pre/post natal instructor. She has experience coaching in 6 gyms in Kuwait: Alta fitness, Circuit Plus Studio, Circuit Plus Bootcamp, The Burrow Queens, The OG and Southpaw, in addition to her own private home gym. She has trained over 700 women both virtually and in person, offering both mental and physical guidance to her clients throughout their fitness journey. She has a particular interest mental health and is specializing in Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
