This plan will be customized based on all these parameters with your calculated daily caloric requirements along with your specific macronutrient breakdown. Ingredients for every meal will be provided as well as cooking instructions when necessary. The plan will be designed to optimize satiety, mental alertness, productivity and general health – along with your specific physical goals. Attention to detail is necessary.
Dumbbells only Plan

This program is 6 weeks long and includes 5 workouts per week. The only equipment needed are dumbbells and a mat. We recommend 2 sets of dumbbells weighing 3KG and 5KG, but any weight can be used. The workouts include full body, upper body, lower body, and challenges. The program focuses on weight loss and toning, and can be altered to suit all fitness levels.

Pregnancy/Post-Natal Exercise Program

This program is a unique personalized program created for pregnant women or women who have recently delivered. The program will change according to where the client is in her pregnancy journey, as there are modifications we must keep in mind during each stage of pregnancy. The client will be able to adjust how many times per week she would like to train and for how long. This program will help the pregnant client maintain her muscle mass and core strength, which will help during delivery and postpartum recovery. Women who are postpartum will have programs that focus on regaining core and pelvic strength and building back lost endurance.
